I did a bit of a rewrite on chapter 1 and kept chapter 2 in their just becuase and I finally added in chapter 3. :) Enjoy and be brutal!

Chapter 1

I awoke from my all to vivid nightmare sweating and shaking. I checked my stomach to make sure that there was no blade jutting out of me. I took my shirt and started wiping the sweat off my body, my arms toned and rigid glistening from the sweat. I was about six feet tall with long dark red hair and body strong from hard work. I finished with my task and hurried toward the window. I opened the window and looked out across the open area the trees rustled in the night wind, I could just make out the sparring area where the other students and I would practice. The dull light made any other details impossible to see. I took a long hard breath from the cool night breeze to calm myself then as quietly as possible for fear of waking the others I crossed my room, grabbed my sword and quickly went out the window. I climbed from my room to the roof of my building the a calm night chill settling over me, carefully unsheathed my sword, it was made up of a blade about a eight hands long and a handle that could be comfortable used with one or two hands if the situation required. Everyone had to make sure their swords were blunt in order to be used while sparring so that no serious injuries could befall our opponents.
Chapter 2

I started off with a practice of lunges, followed by a parry of invisible sword and a slash to finish the fight. The tiles on the roof felt rough against my feet as I started the exercise the cool wind blowing my dark red hair about. I continued on with my exercise imagining I was facing a swordsman equal to mine own skill. I lunged at him but he quickly side stepped and swung at my head. I blocked his attack and sliced his leg with a smooth crescent shaped slice I could feel the rough sand like substance rub off on to my feet while I completed this attack, I paid no attention and continued on the assault. I could see him slightly wounded in his right leg which allowed me to gain the advantage. He jumped at me but I was faster and I made two quick slices to his leg and his side. As my opponent attacked my next he was faster than I had reacted and imagined him getting a heavy strike to my right arm. With the immobility of my right arm I began the practice with my left. I was much slower and suffered many more non lethal glancing hits to my legs. Finally I rushed my shadow enemy blocked his sword and with an a quick slice decapitated my him. I lay down on the roof and relaxed, I gave myself a couple minutes to recuperate from my training. I sat quietly as I watched the sun rise over the trees and readied myself for another day of work. I took a last final breath of the fresh morning air and made my way back inside.

Chapter 3

I creped back into my room, making sure not to wake the other people who were still sleeping. I quickly changed into my dirty brown shirt and pants. Our room was small, it had enough room for the four of us to live it in our room was me Barachiel, my friend Hashim, Alonso and Amadi who usually keep to themselves and they were always together. I walked over to Hashim and in one quick movement knocked him out of his bed, his shoulder landing roughly on the cold stone floor. He looked up at me, and got me in the side of the head with his pillow. “Hey, what was that for!” Hashim snarled.
“Today is the day of the finals,” I explained “I wanted to make sure you didn’t oversleep,”
“We both know I am not going to the finals this time, Barachiel, you just did this because you wanted to.” Hashim responded.
“ No I did not,” I denied “ We have to go now the testing starts soon.”
Hashim got dressed and followed me on our way to the dining hall. Today is the day. I thought to myself Today is the final test!

I am really sorry I have not been posting lately and I really hope I am able to keep a strong stream of post soon after this post comes up. I would not be at all surprised if you have all given up on me because I know if I was you I would have been long gone.
Well anyway good news for me atleast is that I have finished Brisingr and I strongly recomened the Inheritance Series for anyone.

I also finsihed the second chapter for my book and it is much diffrent then before hopefullyi t works better. Please tell me what you think.

I awoke from my nightmare sweat dripping from my brow, my face contorted with fear, my heart pounded in my chest making a steady thumping sound that drummed against my ears. My hand shook as I wiped the sweat away, finally I stood up and walked toward the plain wooded window. I opened the window and looked out across the open area the trees rustled in the night wind I could just make out the sparring area where the other men and I would practice. My swordsmanship was my major focus in all that I did and I always made sure it was impeccable.
